The Martial Art we practise is Taekwon-Do ICTF, from Korea.
It’s complete martial art that consist in several specialities:

Self Defense
Taekwon-Do is for everybody, adults, boys and girls and kids, with classes differentiated by age.
The training is build basing on the general level of the athletes, due to gradually increase their athletic, discipline and technique.
